F.A.Y.E.: The Final Exam! The Fairy Aptitude Yearly Exam, or F.A.Y.E, is taken every year by the first 100 fairies that sign up. Out of those 100, only twenty-five will find a golden pearl and pass the test. The other seventy-five are deemed failures and are free to re-take the test next year. A fairy is only allowed to take the test seventeen times between their third and twentieth year at the S.P.R.I.T.E Academy.
